Responsibilities
As Sales Operations Manager, you are the quality guardian and architect of our Sales Operations.
You ensure our sales organization works at scale and that decisions are based on reliable data.
You work closely with the CRO, Head of Sales, Sales Managers, Marketing and Finance — with one clear goal: maximum transparency, efficiency and reliability in sales.
Your day starts with a look into HubSpot: pipeline, forecast status, data quality.
You prepare the weekly forecast update for the CRO and evaluate the numbers: what is reliable? where are the risks?
In the afternoon you work on further developing our sales processes or dashboards.
Requirements
HubSpot experience at System Owner / System Admin level — in short: you know HubSpot and its features inside out.
Several years of professional experience in Sales Operations, CRM, Revenue Operations or a comparable role.
Strong understanding of sales processes and their data-driven management.
High standards for data quality, structure and traceability.
Ability to interpret numbers, not just present them.
Excellent self-organization, strong documentation skills and a structured way of working.
Clear, direct and transparent communication.
Very good German and English skills.
