About the role

  • Sales Operations Manager at Public Cloud Group overseeing HubSpot and driving sales process efficiency. Collaborating with teams to enhance data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • As Sales Operations Manager, you are the quality guardian and architect of our Sales Operations.
  • You ensure our sales organization works at scale and that decisions are based on reliable data.
  • You work closely with the CRO, Head of Sales, Sales Managers, Marketing and Finance — with one clear goal: maximum transparency, efficiency and reliability in sales.
  • Your day starts with a look into HubSpot: pipeline, forecast status, data quality.
  • You prepare the weekly forecast update for the CRO and evaluate the numbers: what is reliable? where are the risks?
  • In the afternoon you work on further developing our sales processes or dashboards.

Requirements

  • HubSpot experience at System Owner / System Admin level — in short: you know HubSpot and its features inside out.
  • Several years of professional experience in Sales Operations, CRM, Revenue Operations or a comparable role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and their data-driven management.
  • High standards for data quality, structure and traceability.
  • Ability to interpret numbers, not just present them.
  • Excellent self-organization, strong documentation skills and a structured way of working.
  • Clear, direct and transparent communication.
  • Very good German and English skills.
