About the role

  • Sales Operations Specialist supporting approximately 20 Inside Sales Account Managers in a hybrid role at F5. Involves booking management, research support, training development, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Booking Management: rigorously reviewing and validating the booking order process
  • Research Support: assisting renewal sellers by creating ad-hoc reports and conducting deal research
  • Training Development: designing and conducting training sessions as needed
  • Process Optimization: managing resources effectively and refining processes and policies
  • Other Key Responsibilities: managing email inbox, overseeing case management, coordinating site moves, maintaining Confluence resource page

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years of professional experience in customer service and order entry
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively and manage a large volume of detailed work while consistently producing accurate results
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
  • Experience in the high-tech industry is considered a valuable asset
