Responsibilities
Booking Management: rigorously reviewing and validating the booking order process
Research Support: assisting renewal sellers by creating ad-hoc reports and conducting deal research
Training Development: designing and conducting training sessions as needed
Process Optimization: managing resources effectively and refining processes and policies
Other Key Responsibilities: managing email inbox, overseeing case management, coordinating site moves, maintaining Confluence resource page
Requirements
A minimum of three years of professional experience in customer service and order entry
Proven ability to multitask effectively and manage a large volume of detailed work while consistently producing accurate results
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
Experience in the high-tech industry is considered a valuable asset
