Responsibilities
Develop new clients (field prospecting, referrals, networking, etc.)
Meet with restaurant owners/operators, understand their needs, and propose the right solution
Convert existing merchants to our POS and integrated payment solutions
Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored proposals
Manage the full sales cycle: contact → proposal → negotiation → signing → implementation
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, integrations, support, marketing)
Provide strong customer follow-up and build long-term relationships
Update opportunities and activities in the PayFacto CRM
Achieve (and exceed!) your sales targets
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales and business development
Experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry (strong asset)
Comfortable with prospecting and consultative selling
Strong communicator, results- and customer-service-oriented
Organized, autonomous, able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Willing to travel and occasionally work outside regular hours (depending on clients)
