About the role

  • Sales Representative responsible for developing territory and offering POS solutions in hospitality. Collaborating with teams and achieving sales targets in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new clients (field prospecting, referrals, networking, etc.)
  • Meet with restaurant owners/operators, understand their needs, and propose the right solution
  • Convert existing merchants to our POS and integrated payment solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored proposals
  • Manage the full sales cycle: contact → proposal → negotiation → signing → implementation
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, integrations, support, marketing)
  • Provide strong customer follow-up and build long-term relationships
  • Update opportunities and activities in the PayFacto CRM
  • Achieve (and exceed!) your sales targets

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales and business development
  • Experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry (strong asset)
  • Comfortable with prospecting and consultative selling
  • Strong communicator, results- and customer-service-oriented
  • Organized, autonomous, able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Willing to travel and occasionally work outside regular hours (depending on clients)
