About the role

  • Sales Representative developing sales in hospitality sector for PayFacto. Offering POS and integrated payment solutions to restaurants, hotels, and bars.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new customers (field prospecting, referrals, networking, etc.)
  • Meet with restaurant owners/operators, understand their needs and propose the right solution
  • Convert existing merchants to our POS + integrated payment solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored offers
  • Manage the full sales cycle: contact → proposal → negotiation → signature → implementation
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, integrations, support, marketing)
  • Provide strong client follow-up and build long-term relationships
  • Update opportunities and activities in the PayFacto CRM
  • Achieve (and exceed!) your sales targets

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales and business development
  • Experience in the restaurant industry (major asset)
  • Comfortable with prospecting and consultative selling
  • Strong communicator, results- and customer-oriented
  • Organized, autonomous, able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Willing to travel and occasionally work outside regular hours (depending on clients)
