About the role

  • Sales Representative managing the B2B and B2C sales strategy in Germany. Fostering partnerships and ensuring sustainable growth in the healthcare and service sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Regional sales responsibility – overall responsibility for sales and the development of B2B and B2C business
  • Sales strategy – develop, manage and implement a successful sales strategy
  • Sales leadership and coaching – lead, coach and motivate your team leaders
  • Partnership management – build and maintain long-term partnerships with customers and cooperation partners
  • Market monitoring and trend analysis – analyze the regional market to identify potential and develop innovative measures for customer engagement
  • KPI management – derive concrete actions and ensure sustainable revenue growth
  • Company representation – professionally represent the company to customers, partners and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Mobility within your region – travel between Germany and France (company car provided)
  • Sales experience and marketing competence – ideally in the healthcare or services sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills – to convince prospective customers and partners
  • Initiative and creativity – in developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Enjoy networking and working with people
  • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (at least C2)
  • Fluent French (at least C1)
