Responsibilities
Analyze end-to-end processes across the entire revenue journey
Identify inefficiencies and prioritize levers based on impact and feasibility
Break down complex business requirements into clear problem definitions
Design concrete project plans with milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes
Manage complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple departments, tools, and stakeholders
Take a hands-on approach to implement key project components
Creatively identify and apply new tools
Serve as a sparring partner and point of contact for other departments on process improvements
Work on strategic growth initiatives with direct interaction at leadership and C-level
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration or a related field
3+ years of experience in high-performance environments such as consulting, investment banking, VC-backed startups, or scale-ups
Hands-on with a high degree of initiative
Entrepreneurial mindset and structured problem-solving
Break down complex topics into actionable steps
Clear and empathetic communication
Hypothesis-driven, iterative working with a clear business focus
Strong project and stakeholder management skills
Technically proficient in designing scalable processes in collaboration with the tech team
Fluent German and English (at least C1) spoken and written
