GTM/RevOps Analytics Engineer at DigitalOcean transforming GTM data into insights and building automated workflows. Collaborating with sales, revenue, and analytics teams.
Responsibilities
Write SQL to pull and transform data from multiple sources
Build and maintain Looker dashboards for sales, revenue, and GTM teams
Work with Salesforce data (accounts, opportunities, pipeline, revenue)
Help define metrics and make numbers easy to understand for business teams
Improve and automate GTM reporting workflows
Partner closely with RevOps, Analytics and Finance
Over time: help build automation, scripts, and AI/agent-based workflows
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
Strong SQL skills (this is a must)
Experience with Looker / LookML or similar BI tools
Comfortable working with Salesforce and GTM data
Strong analytics mindset – you care about why numbers change, not just what
Some coding experience (Python preferred; APIs, scripts, or automation is a plus)
Curious, structured thinker who likes simplifying complex problems
Clear communicator who can explain data in plain language.
