About the role

  • Business Developer driving B2B growth at papernest, simplifying contract management for clients. Engaging SMBs through targeted sales strategies and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & lead generation
  • Target high-potential real estate agencies
  • Reach the right contacts through qualified cold calls
  • Pitch papernest’s offering with impact and professionalism
  • Conduct product demonstrations and remote trainings
  • Identify needs, handle objections, and persuade
  • Negotiate and close deals within expected timelines
  • Ensure the partnership is launched successfully
  • Activate the agency’s initial users
  • Rigorously track your KPIs (activity, conversion, number of deals signed)

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, prospecting, or B2B sales
  • Comfortable on the phone, persuasive, and able to build trust quickly
  • Results-oriented and motivated to exceed targets
  • Full professional proficiency in French, both spoken and written (English is a plus)
  • Curious, rigorous, organized, with a strong understanding of business priorities
