About the role

  • As an Assistant commercial at Candia, you will support sales initiatives and tool development. Engage in training, manage internal platforms, and enhance sales materials from Paris.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain sales support materials: BRI, promotional items, trade-show kits, roll-up banners
  • Manage the News section of the MyCandia platform
  • Develop brand books and digital training materials for the sales force
  • Draft follow-up reports: window displays, BRI, merchandising support, POS materials (PLV), and a portfolio of in-store executions by the sales force
  • Manage the platform for flyer schedules and develop sales/promotional plans
  • Coordinate featured promotions for the “Oui au lait de la coopérative” campaign across multiple business units
  • Support onboarding sessions and training on new product innovations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s level (Bac+3/4) in business school or university
  • Versatile and meticulous; recognized for strong organizational skills and effective priority management
  • Strong synthesis and analytical skills, with an interest in the food/agri-food sector
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
