Responsibilities
You manage your Peter Pane restaurant in all respects and serve as the primary point of contact for the operation
You lead your team of staff and team leaders and ensure implementation of system guidelines and current promotions
You plan your financial targets and take all necessary measures to achieve your goals
You prepare budget, personnel and KPI plans and keep them under constant review
You coordinate closely with your team and your supervising Area Manager and report current matters
You and your Peter Pane team drive the day-to-day operations and you also pitch in when needed
Requirements
Completed vocational training in gastronomy/hotel management or equivalent professional experience in operational day-to-day business
Management experience as a General Manager / Restaurant Manager (m/f/d), preferably in chain restaurants (system gastronomy)
Valid health certificate
You are a genuine host and restaurateur and are committed to achieving goals with us
