About the role

  • Assistant General Manager supporting restaurant operations with team leadership and training in Potsdam. Ensuring smooth restaurant operations and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide active support to the restaurant management in daily operations and act as a point of contact for staff and team leaders
  • Take responsibility for leading operational shifts in the restaurant and assist with team management and scheduling
  • Train new team members and provide ongoing training for staff on current matters and promotions
  • Ensure smooth restaurant operations and compliance with company policies and quality standards
  • Work closely with management and the Peter Pane team to drive day-to-day operations and willingly pitch in when needed

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in hospitality/hotel management or several years of professional experience
  • Experience as a deputy restaurant manager or experience in a leadership position
  • A genuine hospitality mindset/personality
  • A dynamic professional with charm and charisma who always keeps a cool head
