Responsibilities
- Ensure a positive atmosphere and provide coaching within the Fitness Club
- Supervise and lead fitness classes (land and aquatic)
- Participate in the training and onboarding of new instructors
- Organize and manage the schedule of classes and fitness instructors
- Take part in administrative tasks and events
- Be part of the HACCP team and ensure implementation and monitoring of HACCP policy
- Ensure compliance with hygiene protocols and HACCP guidelines
Requirements
- Hold a State Diploma in Sports Education (Brevet d'État d'Éducateur Sportif) or a professional sports qualification such as BPJEPS
- Experience in a similar role within a thermal spa or luxury spa/resort
- Motivated and dynamic, with a professional appearance, open-mindedness, and adaptability
- Pedagogical skills; demonstrate rigor, energy, flexibility and strong team spirit
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commercial/sales orientation
- Comfortable working with music
