Requirements
- 3+ years in Professional Services, with at least 1 year specifically leading technical delivery for Public Sector or Institutional Owner accounts.
- Expert knowledge of COBie, IFC standards, and the integration of BIM data into operational maintenance systems.
- Understanding of the O&PS P&L, including the nuances of managing high-margin technical consulting within fixed-price government frameworks.
- Familiarity with government procurement cycles and the technical security audits required for public infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in PSA (Professional Services Automation) tools (e.g. Kantata) for tracking billable hours and resource skills.
- Experience reviewing Government Request for Proposals (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOWs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
