About the role

  • Assistant General Manager supporting operational management and team leadership at Peter Pane. Responsible for training and ensuring quality standards in restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

  • You provide active support to the restaurant management in day-to-day operations and act as a point of contact for employees and team leaders
  • You are responsible for leading operational shifts in the restaurant and support team leadership and scheduling
  • You onboard new team members and train staff on current matters and promotions
  • You ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and compliance with company guidelines and quality standards
  • You work together with management and your Peter Pane team to run daily operations and are willing to pitch in when needed

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training in gastronomy/hotel management or several years of professional experience
  • Professional experience as a deputy restaurant manager or experience in a leadership position
  • A genuine host personality
  • You are a dynamic professional with charm and charisma who always keeps a cool head
