Responsibilities
You manage your Peter Pane restaurant in all respects and are the primary point of contact for the operation
You lead your team of staff and team leaders and ensure the implementation of system standards and current promotions
You plan your targets and take all necessary measures to achieve your goals
You carry out budget planning, staff and KPI planning and keep these under constant review
You coordinate continuously with your team and your supervising Area Manager and report on current matters
You and your Peter Pane team rock the day-to-day business and are ready to roll up your sleeves when needed
Requirements
Completed training in gastronomy / hotel management or equivalent professional experience in daily operations
Management experience as a General Manager / Restaurant Manager (m/f/d), preferably in a chain restaurant environment
Valid health certificate
You are a genuine host and restaurateur and are ready to achieve goals together with us
Service-oriented and careful working style as well as a respectful leadership approach
Enjoyment of working in hospitality and open, honest communication
