Responsibilities
Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to global, multi-country functional units
Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into people and organizational solutions
Support leaders on organizational design, role clarity, workforce planning, and capability building
Anticipate people-related risks and opportunities in a complex, international environment
Balance global consistency with local realities and regulations
Support managers across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, performance, engagement)
Partner on succession planning and identification of high-potential talent
Coach leaders on people management topics, including feedback, development, and difficult conversations
Contribute to leadership and talent development initiatives at company level
Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices are applied consistently and pragmatically
Support change initiatives, integrations, and organizational transitions
Use data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role
Proven experience working with international or multi-country stakeholders
HR Services Generalist providing essential administrative support to HR functions. Collaborating with Shared Services to maintain employee records and ensure data integrity.
