About the role

  • Intern or working student supporting HR in Düsseldorf and Remote for People & Culture Team. Focus on onboarding, managing projects, and communication with new starters.

Responsibilities

  • Support the People & Culture team across all areas of the employee life cycle.
  • Prepare the monthly "New Starter Day".
  • Communicate with managers and new starters.
  • Manage applicant tracking for various positions.
  • Support and shape projects from concept through implementation.
  • Perform administrative tasks, conduct research, and prepare analyses and presentations.
  • Receive support from a team buddy.

Requirements

  • You are either currently enrolled at university or taking a gap year.
  • You are studying (business) psychology, social sciences, economics, or a comparable field with strong academic performance.
  • Ideally some practical experience through internships or working-student roles.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Commitment, openness, and enthusiasm for supporting a start-up through its development.
  • You speak German and English.
