Responsibilities
Support the People & Culture team across all areas of the employee life cycle.
Prepare the monthly "New Starter Day".
Communicate with managers and new starters.
Manage applicant tracking for various positions.
Support and shape projects from concept through implementation.
Perform administrative tasks, conduct research, and prepare analyses and presentations.
Receive support from a team buddy.
Requirements
You are either currently enrolled at university or taking a gap year.
You are studying (business) psychology, social sciences, economics, or a comparable field with strong academic performance.
Ideally some practical experience through internships or working-student roles.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Commitment, openness, and enthusiasm for supporting a start-up through its development.
You speak German and English.
