Responsibilities
Maintain up‑to‑date employee records and prepare documentation for life‑cycle events (e.g., promotions, worktime changes, parental leave).

Audit HR systems regularly to maintain high data accuracy and provide insights for HR dashboards.
Produce standard HR reports for internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Support HR and business initiatives through project involvement and best‑practice sharing.
Drive completion and communication of the annual performance management cycle.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR analyst or HR generalist roles.
Strong HRIS knowledge, with Workday experience considered a significant advantage.
Fluent English and Hungarian, both written and spoken.
Solid understanding of Hungarian labour law.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills are a plus.
Ability to manage and analyse data with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
Effective communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
