- Senior Specialist in Labor Relations and Unions at Grupo Boticário. Responsible for bridging the complexity of labor issues with effective business solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as the RTS focal point for Leaders and BPs, translating labor complexity into practical, day-to-day business solutions.
- Identify, propose, and implement projects that deliver operational efficiency gains by leveraging opportunities in legislation and reducing liabilities.
- Lead negotiations and maintain a strong relationship with employers' associations and labor unions.
- Support the legal team in labor inspections, lawsuits, and technical consultations.
- Build and implement initiatives focused on achieving OKRs, using data to inform decisions and projects.
Requirements
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Labor Legislation.
- Project Mindset: Experience structuring data-driven projects.
