HR Systems & Operations Manager ensuring HR systems are aligned with business needs at Vantage Towers. Building relationships with stakeholders and managing system enhancements for efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities
You ensure that the overall design and feasibility of our HR systems are fit for purpose and aligned with business needs and strategic HR objectives
You proactively build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to improve and support system functionality
You manage the delivery of system enhancements to ensure service delivery is efficient, consistent, and of high quality
You ensure all HR system users are fully trained, while identifying changes to improve efficiency and protect the integrity of HR data
You resolve technical and service issues escalated by the team and continuously review performance to identify opportunities for improvement
You support the review of current HR service models across all markets and develop strategies to enhance service delivery
You act as the first point of contact for HR compliance and governance and are responsible for data protection and HR audit matters
Requirements
A university degree, ideally with a focus on people management or HR-related subjects
At least four years of professional HR experience, particularly focused on the implementation and operation of HR systems
Extensive project management and HR system implementation experience, ideally with SuccessFactors
Experience working with multinational and multicultural teams
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and presentation skills with a strong customer-service focus
Business-fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR)
