Responsibilities
**Document Management:** Support in organizing, filing, and digitizing employee records.

Requirements
**University Student:** Ability to sign an internship agreement (*convenio de prácticas*) with your study center (Business Administration, Labor Relations, Psychology, or similar).
**Organized Profile:** Ability to manage administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
**Languages:** Fluent level of **Spanish** and an intermediate level of **English** (international environment).
**Proactive Attitude:** Eagerness to learn, discretion in handling sensitive data, and strong communication skills.
