Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full cycle recruitment for Orion
  • Source candidates through various methods including direct sourcing, colleges, and agencies
  • Create job ads, screen resumes, and conduct interviews
  • Build relationships with local universities and community sources

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • PHR, SHRM-CP or Talent Acquisition specialty certification preferred
  • 2-4 years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Finance industry experience preferred
