People & Culture Intern supporting HR & Recruitment team goals at Daniels Health & Sharpsmart. Engaging in projects, onboarding, and HRIS management while working in a hybrid setup.
Responsibilities
Completing special projects as necessary and capable and having the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently
Tackling any problems that arise in a creative, organized, and productive manner
Utilize our HRIS system for any HR needs.
Assist with onboarding process including new hire orientation and documentation
Assist with HRIS maintenance and reporting
Admin / HR support across projects business
Assisting with Benefits Administration
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all interactions with others in order to represent the organization professionally at all times

Requirements
College degree/post-graduate program in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
Ability to work 40hrs per week during the co-op term
You will be required to work on site at our Brampton location 2-3 days a week.
Strong business insight and continuous improvement skills
General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Etc.)
