Responsibilities
Support the management of end-to-end recruitment processes under the guidance of the HR team;
Screen resumes/CVs according to job requirements;
Support candidate communication (invitations, follow-ups and alignments);
Schedule interviews and provide logistical support for recruitment stages;
Update and maintain tracking records, spreadsheets and recruitment systems (ATS/CRM);
Assist with job postings on platforms and social media;
Assist in maintaining talent pools/databases;
Support the collection of feedback from hiring managers after interviews;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and the candidate experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields;
Entry-level experience or prior experience in Recruitment and Selection processes;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Organized and detail-oriented;
Ability to handle multiple job openings and deadlines;
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets;
Familiarity with recruitment platforms, LinkedIn or ATS systems.
