About the role

  • Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist managing recruitment for IT, Data, and Digital roles at Keyrus. Supporting international hiring and HR operations with a focus on compliance and cultural fit.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality end-to-end recruitment for IT, Data, and Digital roles across international markets.
  • Proactively source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and talent mapping techniques.
  • Maintain a strong digital presence on LinkedIn, supporting sourcing, visibility, and employer branding.
  • Review, assess, and improve candidate CVs, identifying gaps, optimising structure and content, and ensuring strong presentation before sharing with clients or hiring managers.
  • Evaluate both technical alignment and cultural fit, ensuring candidates thrive in international, diverse teams.
  • Demonstrate data and tech awareness, understanding the differences between roles such as Data Engineer, Data Analyst, Software Developer, and related profiles.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on expectations, role requirements, and market insights.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records in the ATS (TeamTailor), ensuring GDPR and process discipline.
  • Support employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and Internal Communications teams.
  • Track recruitment KPIs and contribute to reporting and continuous process improvement.
  • Support HR operational activities, including contracts, benefits, timesheets, and employee documentation, in line with Indian labour legislation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within the IT / Data / Technology market in India.
  • Solid knowledge of Indian employment legislation (mandatory), including contracts, benefits, and HR administration.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and digital sourcing tools.
  • Comfortable maintaining a professional digital presence on LinkedIn.
  • Ability to read, critique, and optimise CVs before presenting candidates to clients.
  • Clear understanding of data and tech roles (e.g. Data Engineer vs Data Analyst vs Software Developer).
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Open-minded, adaptable, and culturally aware — cultural fit and inclusion are key.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership.
  • Tech-savvy, with an interest in AI and process optimisation in HR and TA.
  • Fluent in English.
