About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Adviser managing recruitment processes for VIDA Rail's rail infrastructure projects. Working alongside diverse hiring managers to source and place top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple end-to-end recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Proactive recruitment and head hunting for positions as needed
  • Develop and maintain candidate talent pools
  • Work closely with hiring managers to create and maintain suitable candidate assessment tools
  • Educate the business and provide timely authoritative advice to managers on recruitment matters
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture Business Partnerships team for new starter advice
  • Support the implementation and delivery of a range of employment programs.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Employment Programs, etc)
  • Experience working with hiring managers at all levels within a business, including Executive Directors
