About the role
- Talent Acquisition Adviser managing recruitment processes for VIDA Rail's rail infrastructure projects. Working alongside diverse hiring managers to source and place top talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple end-to-end recruitment processes simultaneously
- Proactive recruitment and head hunting for positions as needed
- Develop and maintain candidate talent pools
- Work closely with hiring managers to create and maintain suitable candidate assessment tools
- Educate the business and provide timely authoritative advice to managers on recruitment matters
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation
- Collaborate with the People and Culture Business Partnerships team for new starter advice
- Support the implementation and delivery of a range of employment programs.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Employment Programs, etc)
- Experience working with hiring managers at all levels within a business, including Executive Directors
