Responsibilities

  • Identify and capture clients' recruitment projects
  • Manage the recruitment process: drafting job descriptions, posting ads, conducting interviews, etc.
  • Source, qualify and maintain a pool of qualified talent
  • Proactively submit candidate CVs to clients and prospects
  • Monitor assignments, onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Contribute to maximizing existing accounts through a proactive approach

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment or a staffing/temp agency
  • Service-oriented, responsive and detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Interest in logistics and industrial roles
