3+ years full‑cycle recruiting experience in technical or engineering environments – required
Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar applicant tracking systems – preferred
Experience in aerospace, federal contracting, or high‑tech manufacturing – preferred
Experience with employer branding or university recruiting programs – preferred
Must be a U.S. Person for access to ITAR‑controlled information – required
