About the role

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for data quality and integrity across all HR systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors
  • Administration of HR tools and active participation in optimizing these tools and related processes
  • Ensure reliable HR data through cleansing, validation and ongoing maintenance
  • Support various projects related to organizational changes and data migrations
  • Close collaboration with all HR teams to provide structured data for strategic decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Several years of experience in HR data management and administration of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience in project management, e.g., system implementations, data migrations, or process improvements
  • Fluent German and English, spoken and written
  • Creative and solution-oriented working style
