About the role

  • HR Consultant managing employee lifecycle processes and HR projects at apm in Düsseldorf. Collaborating with leadership to enhance HR processes and support staff across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Advising and supporting managers on all personnel-related matters
  • Supporting employees across the entire employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding)
  • Planning, developing, as well as designing and optimizing HR processes
  • Close collaboration with and support for colleagues in payroll management
  • Maintaining HR systems (electronic personnel file, self-service) and ensuring data quality and integrity
  • Guiding and coordinating the implementation of HR projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship and/or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in a similar generalist role
  • Good knowledge of labor/employment law and HR processes, as well as process optimization
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • High intrinsic motivation and an independent, structured working style
  • Confident user of MS Office and HR software (ideally PERSONIO)
