Responsibilities
Advising leaders as a strategic HR sparring partner on organizational, leadership, and culture matters
Deriving and implementing HR strategies in a structured way from the objectives of the business units
Supporting change and transformation processes from an HR perspective
Facilitating complex personnel-related discussions, especially on performance, conflict, and development issues
Constructively shaping collaboration with the works council
Preparing and ensuring legally compliant implementation of measures subject to co-determination
Negotiating and implementing works agreements in close coordination with stakeholders
Providing comprehensive support across the employee life cycle
Requirements
University degree with a focus on HR, labor law, business, or social sciences, or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, HR generalist, or in a comparable HR role
Excellent knowledge of individual and collective labor law as well as works council law
Solid experience in collaborating and negotiating with works councils
Confident handling of co-determination–related issues
Strong knowledge of modern HR tools and HR processes
Strategic thinking and a business-oriented approach
Strong advisory skills and a high degree of trustworthiness and discretion
