Responsibilities
Deliver support and tactical people management interventions
Interface with operational line leadership and teams to deliver HR support in relation to Talent Management, Employee Relations, Attendance Management, Talent Acquisition, Leadership and Change initiatives
Engage with business to define and compile workforce planning schedules/labour requirements
Refine and maintain workforce planning standards and norms
Maintain regular workforce planning, strength/vacancy analysis and availability reports
Advise and assist line leaders to develop and source appropriate employee development interventions
Requirements
Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
Tertiary qualified with a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related field
