Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager will be the main point of contact for the brand partners, including top-tier distributors, throughout their collaboration with OnTheList.
Maintain and grow current business partnerships portfolio by fostering and building meaningful relationships with our brand partners’ teams.
Strategize and execute business development activities to onboard new brands or reactivate existing ones.
Account management by providing insight & support to brand partners to grow the business together.
Event planning for both channels, offline in our pop up area and online on our website.
Oversee the logistics of pop-up events, including vendor coordination, setup, and tear down.
Requirements
8 + years of experience in account management / business development B2B is required
Knowledge of the Retail industry, ideally with retail network
Excellent negotiation skills and eager to deliver results
Target driven and figure-oriented
Strategic thinking and enthusiastic problem solver, autonomous
Customer-oriented with growth mindset, able to multi-task
Must be a self-starter, super organized, clear communication and good teamwork mindset
