Responsibilities
Join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) for our new OEM segment and convert cold prospects into warm, qualified opportunities.
Use modern tools and personalize outreach based on buyer signals.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover of high-quality opportunities.
Keep lower-priority accounts moving with thoughtful, consistent follow-ups.
Monitor key metrics and leading indicators required to meet targets.
Provide frontline insights to product, marketing, and sales leadership to help refine positioning and messaging.
Requirements
Willingness to immerse yourself in the electronics industry to understand customers' specific situations.
Proven experience running multichannel outbound sequences and a strong belief in the effectiveness of cold calling.
Ability to drive multichannel outreach using email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and partner networks.
Familiarity with modern tools such as Apollo, Lusha, Clay, and LinkedIn.
Experience in lead generation, pipeline creation, and nurturing long-term opportunities.
Self-motivated 'hunter' mindset, resilient to rejection, and motivated by team success.
Team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow into an Account Executive role.
