About the role

Responsibilities

  • Join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) for our new OEM segment and convert cold prospects into warm, qualified opportunities.
  • Use modern tools and personalize outreach based on buyer signals.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover of high-quality opportunities.
  • Keep lower-priority accounts moving with thoughtful, consistent follow-ups.
  • Monitor key metrics and leading indicators required to meet targets.
  • Provide frontline insights to product, marketing, and sales leadership to help refine positioning and messaging.

Requirements

  • Willingness to immerse yourself in the electronics industry to understand customers' specific situations.
  • Proven experience running multichannel outbound sequences and a strong belief in the effectiveness of cold calling.
  • Ability to drive multichannel outreach using email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and partner networks.
  • Familiarity with modern tools such as Apollo, Lusha, Clay, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience in lead generation, pipeline creation, and nurturing long-term opportunities.
  • Self-motivated 'hunter' mindset, resilient to rejection, and motivated by team success.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow into an Account Executive role.
