About the role

  • CRM Analyst managing client relationships through Marketing Cloud. Involved in data management and multichannel campaigns with a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and cleanse databases;
  • Monitor IP reputation and deliverability;
  • Create clusters and segmentation according to the client's strategy;
  • Build schedules for email marketing sends, SMS, and push notifications;
  • Execute multichannel sends;
  • Create briefs for broadcast campaigns;
  • Analyze campaign performance and business/operational results;
  • Manage projects and client relationships;
  • Develop analytical performance reports.

Requirements

  • Experience with the Marketing Cloud platform (operational);
  • Investigative and analytical mindset;
