Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and implementation of modern, efficient collections policies and strategies.
  • Contribute analyses and studies to continuously improve processes.
  • Collaborate with different areas, learning from experienced professionals and participating in projects that directly impact customer experience and company results.
  • Analyze and evolve collections policies: propose solutions aligned with legislation, market best practices, and company objectives.
  • Develop intelligent debt recovery strategies that balance recovery efficiency with preserving customer relationships.
  • Turn data into decisions: interpret collections indicators and KPIs, prepare reports, forecast delinquency patterns, and recommend improvements to strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams (Finance, Legal, Operations, Technology, and Customer Service) to ensure consistency in policies and effectiveness of solutions.
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of new technologies that optimize processes, introduce innovation, and increase collections operation efficiency.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related areas.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL, SAS, and Excel (mandatory requirement).
  • A practical SQL test will be administered to assess your skills.
  • Analytical and logical mindset, able to turn data into insights that guide business decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for different areas of the company.
  • Experience in collections, with knowledge of collections strategies (dunning ladders), KPIs, policies, and strategies is a strong differential.
  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools (such as Power BI or Tableau).
  • Courses, specializations, or certifications in Analytics, Data Science, Credit Management, or Collections.
  • Proactivity, intellectual curiosity, and a drive to innovate processes.
