Responsibilities
Structure information through clear metrics and semantic layers.
Connect data to business decisions and generate actionable insights.
Be responsible for the Customer Success semantic layer.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Databricks to monitor KPIs.
Perform data modeling in Databricks using SQL and Python.
Propose process improvements focused on scaling report delivery.
Manage the Customer Success feature store.
Document and maintain the KPI catalog.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience in Operations, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, CS Ops, or related areas.
Strong SQL knowledge.
Advanced Excel.
Knowledge and experience with data analysis, KPIs, and metric definition and governance.
Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
Proactivity and ownership of the end-to-end process.
Strong technical and executive communication skills.
Desired: Experience with the Databricks platform, familiarity with automation of data pipelines, reports or analytical routines, and knowledge of BI tools.
