Responsibilities

Partner with local sales leadership to develop territory plans and customer segmentation models that align resources with market opportunities and strategy growth priorities. Lead third party assessment and engagement programs in the region.
Support in the automation of the sales incentive program for the region and ensure the region is following the program’s milestones.
Partner with sales teams to identify skill gaps, participate in the design of targeted training programs and implement continuous learning initiatives that enhance selling effectiveness, customer engagement, and revenue performance.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience leading revenue operations, commercial operations, or related strategic functions in a regional or multi‑country capacity.
Strong understanding of forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial performance metrics.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, finance, and operational teams.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment across multiple geographies.
