Senior Revenue Operations Manager optimizing GTM tech stack for Choco's revenue processes. Manage Salesforce Flows, improve operational efficiency, and support cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Manage the systems that generate revenue, ensure consistent operational performance, resolve deficiencies quickly, and enforce accountability around growth-driving metrics.
Own the design, optimization, and ongoing reliability of complex Salesforce Flows that power our revenue processes, ensuring they scale cleanly and reduce operational friction.
Administer and maintain Salesforce.com, including configuration, data integrity, and user support
Gather and translate business requirements from stakeholders into technical solutions within Salesforce and other GTM related tools
Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements to increase operational effectiveness
Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to support deal structuring, approvals, and order management
Create and maintain documentation including process flows, system requirements, and user guides
Support system testing, upgrades, and new feature rollouts
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a systems analyst, revenue operations, sales operations, or related role
Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com (Salesforce Flows experience is required )
Strong understanding of deal processes, order management, or quote-to-cash workflows
Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment preferred
Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar for data analysis
