About the role

  • Senior analyst leading the prospecting of new partners for the Omie Store marketplace. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful partnerships and integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the expansion of solutions available on Omie Store through proactive prospecting of new strategic partners, assessing fit with the portfolio, business potential and synergy with Omie ERP needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end partner certification/onboarding process, ensuring alignment of expectations, quality in integration deliveries and adherence to defined deadlines.
  • Conduct complex negotiations, structuring partnership models, commercial terms, integration criteria and technical certification requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Product, Technology, Legal, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to enable new partnerships and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Monitor pipeline metrics, performance of new partners and results generated, proposing actions to accelerate growth, improve conversion and ensure delivery quality.
  • Map market trends, portfolio expansion opportunities and potential gaps in complementary solutions that strengthen Omie’s strategy.
  • Produce analyses, feasibility studies and executive presentations to support decision-making.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders, conducting processes with transparency, autonomy and strong organizational skills.
  • Actively contribute to the evolution of the team’s processes, proposing improvements, new practices and structures that increase operational efficiency and the scalability of hunting/prospecting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT, Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Previous experience in prospecting, negotiating and managing partnerships, preferably in SaaS, solution marketplaces or related areas.
  • Experience with system integration processes (APIs, webhooks, basic architecture), with the ability to engage with product and technology teams.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, stay organized and prioritize in high-demand environments.
  • Ability to perform analyses and diagnostics, interpret data and structure clear recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to build relationships and influence different profiles.
  • Proficiency with productivity and management tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, CRM, project management tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Monday or similar).
  • It is a plus if you have:
  • Familiarity with management systems (ERP).
  • Knowledge of HTML and Photoshop.
