Requirements
University degree in a relevant discipline
Several years of professional experience in a similar role
Experience in customer acquisition, customer retention, and Customer Success
Persuasive personality with strong influencing skills
Knowledge of digital products and services
Ability to develop customer-focused products
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal (German and English – C1 level)
Digitally savvy and interested in entrepreneurship and the startup ecosystem
Well organized and flexible in working style; comfortable working in flat hierarchies
