About the role

  • Director responsible for building culinary partnerships, securing chefs, and designing experiences for SiGMA's flagship events with an emphasis on Italian gastronomy.

Responsibilities

  • Design, curate, and deliver food and wine experience across exhibitions
  • Secure Michelin-level chefs and elite regional producers
  • Act as point of authority for culinary partnerships
  • Collaborate with Sales and Sponsorship teams
  • Maintain industry relationships and scout new talent

Requirements

  • Senior experience (8–15+ years) in culinary expos or gastronomy congresses
  • Chef representation / talent booking
  • High-end hospitality groups
  • Premium food & wine events
  • Proven personal network of chefs and producers
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating appearance fees
  • Fluent English & Italian
