Analyst managing lifecycle marketing and CRM strategies at Afya, transforming health education. Working in a hybrid role focused on user engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
Design, implement and optimize Lifecycle Marketing strategies covering the entire user journey (onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, reactivation and churn prevention);
Plan and operate multichannel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.);
Create and manage automated flows, transactional campaigns and recurring communications;
Define and evolve advanced segmentation, audiences and personalization rules based on behavior, transactional data and user attributes;
Collaborate with Data and Product teams to define events, tracking, KPIs and experimentation hypotheses;
Run A/B tests and continuous experiments, analyze results and recommend improvements;
Monitor and analyze metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversion, LTV, churn, retention, activation and engagement;
Ensure consistency of tone of voice, messaging and brand experience across CRM communications;
Support the development of processes, CRM governance and lifecycle best practices across the company.
Requirements
Solid experience in Digital Marketing with a focus on Lifecycle Marketing and CRM;
Hands-on experience with CRM and automation tools (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, RD Station, Iterable, Customer.io, ActiveCampaign, etc.);
Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data;
Knowledge of segmentation, automation, personalization and experimentation;
Experience working closely with Product, Data or Technology teams;
Good communication, organizational skills and ability to prioritize;
Proactive, results-oriented and continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred / Nice-to-have:
Experience with CDPs (e.g., Segment, mParticle, RudderStack);
Knowledge of SQL or BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Power BI, Tableau);
Experience at digital companies, SaaS, marketplaces or subscription products;
Experience with retention, upsell and cross-sell strategies;
Experience in agile environments and multidisciplinary teams.
