About the role

  • CRM Executive managing customer experience and enhancing customer engagement in retail environment. Handling queries and processing B2B sales orders with strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage B2C customer queries on a daily basis via social media, email, and phone
  • Expedite customer and order-related queries to ensure timely resolution
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to enhance customer experience and engagement
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures for the customer service function
  • Monitor and manage customer relationships through CRM systems
  • Process and manage B2B sales orders for Irish and export retailers and distributors
  • Track orders through to delivery and liaise with relevant stakeholders as required

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and social channels
  • Advanced MS Office and strong general IT skills
  • 2–3 years’ experience working with ERP/CRM systems
  • 2–3 years’ experience in online customer service or a retail environment
  • Experience with export B2B order processing and customs knowledge is an advantage
