Responsibilities
Responsável por projetos estratégicos de CRM: Mapeamento, implementação e mensuração de ações em canais digitais (E-mail MKT, SMS, WhatsApp, entre outros);
Gestão das réguas de comunicação de CRM;
Construção e acompanhamento das metas do canal, analisando os KPIs e propondo/executando planos de ação para a melhoria contínua das campanhas;
Criação e apresentação de análises em reuniões estratégicas;
Suporte às ações de relacionamento;
Acompanhamento das tendências de mercado e melhores práticas de CRM.
Requirements
Ensino Superior Completo em Comunicação, Administração em Marketing e áreas afins;
Experiência com atividades correlatas (preferencialmente na área do varejo);
Domínio pacote office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Experiência com Google Analytics;
Conhecimento na ferramenta DITO será um diferencial;
Possuir perfil analítico, comunicativo e de dono do negócio.
