About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for customer acquisition in the digital transformation space. Leading initiatives with a focus on Microsoft technologies and AI-driven processes.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for new customer acquisition across Objektkultur’s entire service portfolio.
  • You evaluate and develop leads from the first contact through to handover to the PreSales colleagues.
  • You use a variety of channels for acquisition (telephone prospecting, social selling, direct outreach at events).
  • You work closely with Marketing and qualify inbound and outbound enquiries.
  • You build a network and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • You keep an ongoing overview of market and industry trends and derive sales activities from them.
  • You consistently support initiatives and campaigns with a focus on the market and current customer needs.
  • You measure your success by your lead generation and order intake.

Requirements

  • You see yourself as a hunter with proven sales experience.
  • Ideally, you have a background in the software industry.
  • You are a goal-oriented, success-driven networker.
  • You are open to new ideas and eager to dive into exciting topics related to software consulting.
  • You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken (C1 level).
