Managing customer orders and enquiries
Building relationships with allocated customers
Making proactive sales calls, including re engaging dormant customers
Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products
Supporting Account Managers with quotes, follow ups, and pipeline activity
Using CRM daily to record activity, opportunities, and customer data
Learning product features and applications across polymer markets
Requirements
Is early in their career or a recent graduate
Wants to build a career in sales or commercial roles
Is comfortable speaking with customers by phone
Is organised and data focused
Is willing to learn technical products
Enjoys working within a team and taking feedback
Is motivated by targets and personal development
No prior polymer or sales experience is required. Full training is provided.
