2+ years of experience in a complementary role
Microsoft office experience with strong emphasis in Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent time management skills
Strong customer facing skills to contact customers via phone, e-mail and in person
Excellent follow up skills to conduct quality check calls to customers when needed
Ability to multi-task and see tasks through to completion
Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
