About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR activities with organizational and administrative tasks
  • Plan interviews, coordinate appointments and handle preparation
  • Review application documents and prepare a structured initial shortlist
  • Collaborate with our HR Business Partners
  • Support and help improve personnel development and e-learning processes

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Psychology, Social Sciences or a comparable field — ideally with a focus on Human Resources
  • Interest in HR topics and motivation to gain practical experience
  • Meticulous, structured and reliable working style
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently after a short onboarding period
