  • Coach and mentor managers through challenging people situations, building their capability and confidence in handling ER matters appropriately
  • Escalate and collaborate with the Head of HR on high-risk or sensitive matters, providing well-researched recommendations
  • Support the successful integration of our recent acquisition, which may include harmonization of policies, processes, and cultural integration initiatives
  • Provide support with HR projects that drive the strategic people agenda, including workforce planning, organizational design, talent management initiatives, and employee engagement programs
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of People and Culture strategies, policies, and procedures that support business growth and operational excellence
  • Own day-to-day HR operations, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, probation management, performance cycles, compensation reviews, talent reviews and offboarding
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition and HRSC teams to ensure high standards are maintained in service delivery for Fitch Learning
  • Design, document, and implement standardized HR processes and procedures to drive consistency and governance in service delivery across our global operations, creating clear guidance for managers

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and service delivery, implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and employee experience
  • Ensure consistency of approach and all HR activities comply with employment legislation, data protection requirements, and internal governance standards across our global locations

Requirements

  • Comfortable working with HR data, identifying trends and insights, and translating numbers into business narratives and recommendations
  • Ability to build credibility with managers at all levels, understand business context, and provide commercially-focused HR advice that balances employee advocacy with business needs
  • Self-starter who can work independently, prioritize effectively, and make good decisions with minimal oversight while knowing when to escalate
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence, challenge constructively, and adapt style to audience
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, change, and wearing multiple hats; thrives in entrepreneurial environments rather than needing highly structured processes
